dr. Retno Nurul Mandasari, M.Ked(PD), Sp.PD, an Internal Medicine Specialist, explained, "Dyspepsia is a condition of discomfort or pain that occurs in the digestive tract, characterized by upper abdominal discomfort, a burning sensation, bloating, nausea, or feeling full quickly after eating. Therefore, my advice is to ensure that your food is hygienic. If it's not, even those without stomach acid issues can develop them. Make sure your food is clean, healthy, and nutritious. Thank you."
