Batam, 12 December 2022. PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) through AXIS brand held the "AXIS Olimpiade Sekolah 2022" program at SMA Negeri 3 Batam, Saturday (10/12). The activity, which was attended by hundreds of students, carried out various competitions and creativity activities, such as band competitions, basketball competitions, Tik Tok Challenge and 1st rank quiz. Present at the event were Territory Sales Manager of XL Axiata Jambi area, Dedy Prasetyawan and the Principal of SMA Negeri 3 Batam, Syarifah Silvia Andriyani S.Pd, MM.
“AXIS Olimpiade Sekolah 2022” is an event for competition and creativity for young people, especially high school/vocational high school and its equivalent students in the fields of education, arts and sports. This activity was carried out in several cities in Sumatra. Among them are in the cities of Bandar Lampung, Pangkalpinang, Palembang, Bengkulu, Jambi, Padang, Pekanbaru and Batam. This program is expected to be able to encourage young people to use AXIS, especially among teenagers who are always actively creative through social media. Previously this event was held in Lampung City, 19 November 2022, Padang City, 1 December 2022 and Palembang City, 3 December 2022.

The total prize of “AXIS Olimpiade Sekolah 2022” in each city reaches IDR 20 million, which will be given to 1st place winner, 2nd place winner, and 3rd place winner. The competition period is from October 2022 to December 2022. In total in Sumatra, around 30 thousand students took part in this activity.
