Surabaya, 16 December 2023. AXIS is again holding a talent and creativity search program for retail outlets and customers, namely AXISELEB 2023. As in previous years, through this event, AXIS wants to show support for customers and the community to be able to develop their talents and interests by utilizing digital media. AXISELEB 2023 was attended by participants from the provinces of East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara. After going through several judging phases, 12 finalists were selected and presented to show their talent directly in front of the jury which was held in Surabaya, Saturday (16/12).

In this event, we also emphasized that XL Axiata's data network through AXIS products has become wider and can be utilized by customers and communities in the East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara areas to be more productive and empowered. Surely, we are very happy if AXIS services are able to boost people's productivity and contribute to improving the national digital economy."
Taking place in the period of 1 - 30 November 2023, this program has attracted more than 4,200 participants in the three provinces with various talents and creativity such as singing, dancing, and other talents. The audition process is divided into 3 stages, stage 1 takes the top 50 with assessments based on talent, technique and performance harmonization, creativity, and improvisation of the participants.
Stage 2 takes the top 12 who will advance to the grand final round to win the top 3 with a judging system by professionals in their fields such as musician Josephine Alexandra, actor and comedian Mamang Osa, and singer Agustian Pratama as judges and commentators in the Grand Final.
The 12 participants who made it to the grand final and competed directly in front of the judges in Surabaya included several cities, namely Ponorogo, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Probolinggo, Lumajang, Banyuwangi, Buleleng, Mataram, Ende, Manggarai, and Kupang. Apart from the performances of the 12 finalists, at the East Parking Plaza Surabaya, there was also a cosplay competition, an e-sports mini tournament, and finally closed with the appearance of guest stars D'camils and Fourtwenty.
The winners of the AXISELEB 2023 event received cash prizes worth IDR 25 million for first place, IDR 20 million for second place, and IDR 15 million for third place. Apart from that, fourth to 12th place winners will receive a prize of IDR 1 million and a certificate.
