This community was founded on January 18, 2012, spread in various regions in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Solo, Lampung, to Makassar, Bengkulu, and other major cities. This later became the background of the creation of collaboration between the Sisternet Digital Literacy Class and the Collection of Emak Blogger (KEB) who were concerned with the advancement of Indonesian women through the use of digital technology today. The hope, the level of "digital literacy" of women in various regions in Indonesia will continue to increase.

Based on the latest data released by APJII in 2018, it shows that the penetration rate of Internet users in Indonesia has increased to 171.17 million or 64.8% of the total population and it is estimated that there will still be a significant increase in the following year seeing the massive growth of current technology.
