XL Axiata, committed to supporting individuals with disabilities, will customize digital skills and job readiness training to address their unique requirements.

The participants in the training in Medan, totaling 30 individuals aged 18-40, are learning to enhance their digital skills and utilize digital tools effectively, particularly in the professional settings. The digital literacy materials cover topics such as self-potential assessment using graphology, digital workspace management, audiovisual documentation, digital publication on social media, and training on creating an inclusive work environment. All training sessions are guided by experienced mentors, including Photographer/AV Instructor Satto Raji, Digital Marketer Molly Mochtar, and Digital Literacy Lecturer/Facilitator Akbar Muhibar.

Upon successful completion of the program, chosen participants will embark on a six-week internship at XL Axiata offices located in four cities: Medan, Surabaya, Bandung, and Jakarta. XL Axiata's management is committed to creating an inclusive workplace environment tailored to support interns with disabilities throughout the internship. In Medan, XL Axiata is providing another opportunity for individuals with disabilities to intern at the XL Medan office. Previously, the company has welcomed five disabled interns, including individuals with hearing impairments, visual impairments, and physical disabilities.
