What is USO?

USO or Universal Service Obligation is a continuity program held by Kemkominfo or Ministry of Information & Technology which implemented by BP3TI. The main purpose of this program is to handle information technology discrepancy, supporting economical activity, security & defense system, and improving nations thru information technology. The target coverage of this program is mostly the remote areas, border area, evolved area, and an area that have not got telecommunication access.
