In recent years, one of the steps taken has been utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to offer greatee convenience and comfort for loyal customers using XL Axiata's services.   • Active Period Check Feature: Integrated with AI technology, this feature is available on the myXL and AXISNet apps. It proactively informs customers about the active status of their numbers, so customers no longer need to worry about their cards expiring.

 

  • Special For You and Hanya Untukmu Features: Implemented on the myXL and AXISNet apps, these features provide personalized promo recommendations based on customer profiles and history.

 

  • Alifetime and XL Point Services: This loyalty special service allows customers to receive additional quota and attractive discount vouchers by redeeming AXISCoin & XL Points earned from transactions. This service is available on the myXL and AXISNet apps.

 

  • XL SATU Bill Payment: This service offers XL SATU customers the easiest way to pay their bills through the XL SATU website and WhatsApp. Customers can try it now at the website: https://satu.xl.co.id/.

 

  • New Assistance Feature on the Website: This feature makes it easier for customers to find help topics on the website https://www.xl.co.id/bantuan. Customers can search for various topics related to XL Axiata's services, either through available topic options or the search function.

 

Moreover, XL Axiata has set up a range of facilities and infrastructure, available both through phone and digital platforms that can be accessed from any location. These include online services via XL Center, a call center, and digital support through the myXL and AXISNet apps. Additional digital channels such as email, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Live Chat are also available to address and resolve various concerns, from service issues to product inquiries, for 58.5 million customers across Indonesia.

 

To ensure optimal service, XL Axiata has around 500 customer service agents ready to assist through the call center and digital support services, available 24/7.
