As the name suggests, the advantage of the PRIO Flex feature is the flexibility to get Booster or additional quota (data), telephone and SMS (text message) packages. Before this new feature is available, if the main quota or the customer's internet usage limit is used up, the customer must increase their usage limit. However, with PRIO Flex, customers can simply top up their credit as usual through the myXL Postpaid application, m-banking, e-banking, e-commerce, pulsa (phone credit) shop, and other cell credit purchase channels, just like prepaid credit purchase channels. After that, customers can immediately buy a one-time Booster as needed through the myXL Postpaid application or *123#.
By charging a minimum balance of Rp 50,000, customers can also enjoy a 5GB quota (data) bonus that applies to all networks. This promotion is valid from April 15th to June 30th 2020. Customers do not need to worry about the remaining credit at the end of the billing period. The remaining credit will not expire because it will be used as a deduction from the customer's monthly bill.
Whatsapp Business Service
In addition to launching PRIO Flex, to make it easier for postpaid customers to contact customer service, XL Axiata also provides the "WhatsApp Business XL PRIORITAS" service. The latest customer service channels from XL PRIORITAS are ready to serve customers every day during operational hours (07.00 - 22.00 WIB). Customers can use WhatsApp Business to ask questions about XL PRIORITY (XL PRIORITAS) post-paid services and register, whether it's activating new numbers, or migrating numbers from XL Pre-paid. XL PRIORITY (XL PRIORITAS) customers can contact WhatsApp Business services at 0818-8000-55.
For registrations via WhatsApp Business and registration of new numbers through the XL PRIORITY (XL PRIORITAS) website during the period of April 8th – 30th 2020, customers will get additional quota (data) bonus of 9GB for 3 months (3GB / month). This 9GB quota (data) bonus is given in addition to the ongoing promo, which is a 30% discount for myPRIO Plan / myPRIO Talk+ registration along with a complete PRIO Apps Booster up to 12 months.
