Addressing the customers’ needs for more convenience in accessing maximum data service, PT XL Axiata (XL Axiata) launches the “XTRA UNLIMIED TURBO” feature for XL prepaid customers. XTRA UNLIMITED TURBO provides additional benefits for customers in accessing select applications, without mobile data quota or speed limit. This latest feature applies nationwide with a launch event held simultaneously in several major cities
XL Axiata Commercial Director, Allan Bonke, said, “Various applications have become part of our customers’ lives, for both supporting their activities and entertainment purposes. We launch this ‘XTRA UNLIMITED TURBO’ feature to give extra benefit for XL Axiata prepaid customers, enabling them to access their favorite apps with ease. Access to applications usually depends on mobile data. But with this feature, when the main quota runs out, customers can still access the apps of their choice without mobile data or speed limit. Therefore, with this new feature, we assure that the customers need not worry when running out of main quota.”
Allen added that the new plan is the result of utilization of digital IT and data analytics to identify the customers’ needs, so that the company may better provide and offer services that are truly needed by every customer.
The XTRA UNLIMITED TURBO applies to select applications such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, LINE, and GoJek. Various plan options are available for XL customers to choose from. Aside from these plans, should the customer wish to have unlimited access to certain apps only, the XTRA Unlimited TURBO plan is available for applications such as Joox, TikTok, Viu, and other select apps.
